Custom Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Nerys Euphoria to design your beautifully handmade custom order! Your request will be processed within the first 72 business hours. Once all details are finalized, an invoice will be sent. Upon receiving the invoice you will have 48hrs to complete your payment. Please allow for custom orders to be made & shipped within two-three weeks of ordering. 

All handmade resin items are subject to the vendor’s inspiration and creativity per your order details. 

Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders that have been completed and shipped. Cancellation of a custom order after payment but before it is made, will be treated as a merchandise credit and can be exchanged for something else on the site.
